Home Service Almanac may display paid sponsorships or non-paid partner placements in clearly separated featured sections. Neither arrangement changes ordinary directory order.
The labels
- Sponsored. The business has a paid placement for the exact featured surface shown.
- Featured partner. The business participates in a disclosed non-paid launch or content partnership.
What placement does not buy
A featured placement does not buy a trust label, owner confirmation, favorable editorial treatment, a recommendation, or a higher organic search position. It also does not carry from a state page to a city, category, or other surface.
How featured sections work
Eligible placements rotate with equal deterministic weight. Payment amount, plan price, reviews, and ordinary directory rank are not rotation inputs. A featured section can be empty, and ordinary listings are never inserted as filler.
